By using the Project Xenon("Xenon", "we", "us", or "our") website("projxe.xyz") and the collective Service("the Service") you("User", "Users", "your") are required to agree to these legally binding Terms of Service("Terms", "TOS"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service.
By accessing, interacting with, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and agree to the Terms in full. You also agree to be bound by the following agreements:
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". Xenon disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express or implied. We cannot and do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service. You acknowledge that you use Xenon at your own risk.
To use the Service, you must be over the age of 13 years old. If your country or region requires you to be older in order for Xenon to lawfully provide the Service to you without parental consent, then you must comply with that requirement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements. Any Users found to be under the applicable age will have their account and access to the Service swiftly terminated for the duration it takes for the User to meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. Therefore, you are required to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. Reasonable security measures are in place, however, no system is completely secure and you are to use the Service at your own risk. You are not to put other users at risk by reverse-engineering, tampering, or modifying any part of the Service. You are to notify us of any security vulnerability for the sake of other Users' safety.
Xenon is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by its Users. All rights belong to their respective owners. You retain ownership of all uploaded content, but you grant Xenon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenon and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. If you encounter issues with the Service or are dissatisfied in any way, you may seek help from staff or discontinue your use of the Service.
These Terms are subject to change. You are to be notified of and clearly explained any changes to the TOS through a notification on projxe.xyz and through the official Discord server. Your continued use of Xenon after reading these changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised TOS.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to remove and/or restrict access to any content uploaded to our service for any reason or no reason. Temporary termination does not result in deletion of any User data. To request account deletion or all stored account data, please email [email protected] or message @sharklebanan on Discord (DMs are closed, you must send a friend request or ping in a mutual server).
