By using the Project Xenon Website you agree to these legally binding Terms that will govern the way in which you will use Project Xenon, both in-game and on the site.
These terms are subject to change. You will be notified clearly of any changes either through a notification on the Website, through the official Discord server, or both. Continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of the new Terms, and if you do not agree then you are to cease use of the Website immediately.
You are also required to agree to the Privacy Policy and Rules.
To use Project Xenon you are required to be above 13 years of age, and above the age in your area if applicable. If you are found to be below this age, you will recieve a termination lasting until the date you turn that age. If you do not tell us this date or tell us the wrong date, your termination will be extended to be permanent. To register an account on Project Xenon you are required to have never been in possession of a Project Xenon account. Ban evasion or not, alternate accounts are not allowed and will never be allowed on Project Xenon.
We may terminate your use of Project Xenon at any time, for any reason. Your termination is not appealable unless stated otherwise. If your ban has not been explicitly stated to be appealable, you are not to contact staff about it. All account information will be kept after termination. If you wish to delete it, and if you wish to delete it but are not terminated, you should contact me at [email protected].
Project Xenon is not sponsored, affiliated, nor endorsed by any companies or trademarks mentioned. All rights belong to their respective owners. By uploading any assets to Project Xenon, you give Project Xenon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it.
